RETURN DENIAL CRITERIA:
- Customer’s change of mind or accidental order placement (due to the digital nature of our items, returns for these reasons are not allowed).
- Software incompatibility with customer hardware (software compatibility is solely the responsibility of the customer). For example, purchasing a Windows software package for a Mac machine, or purchasing a product designed for Windows 10 only while having a Windows 8 operating system.
- Exceeding one year since the product was purchased.*
