Price:
a) The company reserves the right to revise prices to rectify errors or omissions.
b) All prices are denominated in US dollars.
Payment:
a) Payment for all products must be made in full at the time of order, utilizing any online payment method available on the website.
b) The company will not deliver any product until the credit/debit card transaction has been authorized.
c) The company will withhold product delivery if there is any evidence or suspicion of fraudulent use of a credit/debit card.
d) The company will share all relevant information about a customer upon request by the police or other authorities when a credit/debit card has been used for fraudulent activities or any other criminal acts.
Product:
The product offered for sale is a second-hand product key that can activate corresponding computer software and may require phone activation. The company guarantees the activation of one copy of matching computer software on one PC. Second-hand product keys are legally sold under the First Sale doctrine as outlined in 17 U.S.C. § 109. The company does not sell download links or provide paid support.
Digital Delivery:
While the company endeavors to deliver the product instantly after payment, it holds no liability for any delay or non-delivery of email communications, nor for any consequential loss. Delays resulting from circumstances beyond the company’s control do not entitle the customer to cancel an order or refuse email delivery.
Usage:
Installation of the software is solely the customer’s responsibility.
Cancellations and Refunds:
Once a product key is received via phone, email, or other digital means of delivery, the company does not accept returns. It is the customer’s responsibility to install the correct software and purchase the appropriate product key.
Force Majeure:
The company shall not be held liable for failure to fulfill its obligations if such failure arises from unforeseeable circumstances beyond the company’s reasonable control.
